Ready, Set

Ready, Set is designed to help gym-goers track their progress with minimal effort.

I've often forgotten the weights I lifted during previous sessions, which slowed my progress. Ready, Set allows users to log exercises, set-by-set, including weights lifted, reps completed, and time spent.

The app is crafted using Swift, SwiftUI, and SwiftData. I chose to explore beyond Apple’s standard UX guidelines by focusing on primarily swipe-based navigation. It also integrates seamlessly with HealthKit, enhancing the data provided to Apple's Health app while leaving Health open to safely alert the user of concerning trends.

This journey from nothing to launch took just ten days, though the idea was born a few months prior. Ready, Set is currently available for iPhone, and I'm excited to roll out Apple Watch compatibility soon along with quick-action home screen widgets.
